We are looking for an individual who is efficient, accurate and detail-oriented and who enjoys data entry, mail sorting and other administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for:

Accurately sorting and categorizing incoming mail.Entering numerical information into the cash logging system with a strong attention to detail.Communicating with team members and associates from other departments to obtain necessary information to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Performance Objectives and Timeline

During the first 30 days: Become familiar with sorting and categorizing incoming mail. Identify how check payments should be deposited correctly. Learn the cash logging system. During the first 3 months: Accurately categorize, log and deposit payments into the cash log system so that cash applications can be accomplished by other members of the team.During the first 6 months and beyond: Establish a routine for logging and depositing incoming payments. Help team members accomplish tasks throughout the day using time management.

Experience & Education Qualifications

Previous experience handling cash payments, photocopiers/scanners, postage machines and/or sorting machines is a plusSuccess characteristics:Customer service mindset – eager to help, regardless of the taskQuick to understand processes and proceduresHigh attention to detail and accuracyTeamwork, planning and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills
 Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalentBecause this is a cash-sensitive position, a background credit check will be conducted on an annual basis.

For candidates working in person in Los Angeles, the reasonable pay range for this specific position is $20.26 to $27.85 per hour. The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company.
