How would like to join the Accounts Payable team working on multiple areas of this function as an Accounting Assistant? **Core Responsibilities** + Ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards + Support basic execution of AP processes in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. + Control and reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts) + Invoice processing, payments processing on daily and weekly basis. + Basic resolution of payment related inquires. + Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures as well as other processes + Supporting high-quality service handling of basic customer queries + Support BSO performance management reviews. + This is a fixed-term, 23 months contract in our EMEA shared services centre in Jinonice. **Play your part in our team succeeding.** + Accounts payable is part of the general accounting department, and you will help play a part in the continued efficiency of this part of the LEGO Group! **Do you have what it takes?** + We value candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent experience. + Experience in finance processes + Consistent attention to details and good analytical skills + Ability to work independently and build proven relationships. + Knowledge of SAP + Consistent record of making process or procedural improvements + Ability to take initiative and make decisions. + Validated English language skills both written and verbal. \#LI - EL1 Entry Level Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
