*PART TIME* (30-35 hours/week)
Primary duties include, but are not limited to
•\tGeneral ledger related activities includes
-\tData collection for entries/vouchers
-\tMonth-end closing
-\tSupport reports preparation
•\tCosting related activities includes
-\tMaterial receiving tracking and reconciliation
-\tMaterial cost calculation and maintenance
-\tOT related calculation and reporting
-\tTransportation cost related tracking and reporting
-\tPO verification and pricing checks
-\tReview exception/variance and drive for corrections
-\tRe-costing for errors
-\tUpdate any inventory related forms if needed
•\tSales related activities includes
-\tIntercompany pricing calculation and maintenance
-\tSpecial pricing tracking
•\tAd-hoc
-\tAssist the accounting department as time permits or during critical times
-\tProvide backup for other accounting department staff as needed
-\tPerform other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma
- Excel experience (can do more than data entry) *pivot table, v-lookups, formulas
- Experience in accounting is preferred BUT willing to consider a candidate with good admin experience and strong Excel skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
