Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the accounting industry, located in Dos Palos, California, 93620, United States. We are in search of an Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be tasked with handling accounts payable, data entry, and other administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Handle the processing of accounts payable efficiently • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Sage Software for various tasks • Assist in administrative duties as needed • Act as a point of contact for any inquiries related to accounts payable and data entry • Monitor and update customer credit records accurately • Take appropriate action based on the monitoring of customer accounts For consideration, please contact Robert Half at 209-232-1991.
