Job Description
Assist the accounting team with various tasks, focusing heavily on data entry. You will be inputting data into systems from Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and performing other related tasks.
ResponsibilitiesInput data into accounting systems from Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).Assist with general ledger entries and financial statement reporting.Perform journal entries and other transaction processing.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.Essential SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in general accounting or transaction processing using QuickBooks.Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of basic accounting principles.Excellent documentation, research, and resolution skills.Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operations.Team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAccounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.Prior experience using Salesforce is a plus.Customer service orientation.Work Environment
Work 3 days a week onsite at the client's office. Hours are from 7am to 4pm. The schedule can be hybrid, allowing any 3 days onsite.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
