Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a local client in Silver Spring, MD seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support their finance team with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in bookkeeping software, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and expense reportsReconcile bank statements and financial recordsAssist with payroll processing and tax filingsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing proceduresAssist in preparing financial reports and budgetsQualifications:
