We are seeking a Full Time Accounting Assistant to join one of our clients in the Marine Industry! This is the perfect opportunity for those who thrive in a vibrant, coastal environment and want to make waves in their career! 🌊 What You'll Be Doing: + Data Entry: Assist our accounting team with various tasks, focusing on data entry from Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). + ERP Support: Help keep our financial systems running smoothly by inputting data accurately and efficiently. + Team Collaboration: Work closely with our accounting team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and with precision. What We're Looking For: + Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting or transaction processing. + Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking abilities. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to meet established deadlines. + Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. + Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation. AP and AR experience is a huge plus! + Must have a team player attitude and a strong customer service orientation. This is a Hybrid Remote opportunity offering 2 work from home days. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
