Accounting Assistant Clerk

Established company is currently hiring an Accounting Clerk for a full time position. The office hours are very flexible. The chosen applicant may pick their schedule between Monday and Friday. This is a permanent opportunity. The company provides full benefits after a 90 day probationary period.

The corporate office employs a friendly and casual group that promotes teamwork and a positive atmosphere. The ideal applicant will have some inventory control experience as it relates to accounting and be comfortable performing basic reconciliations. Applicants should be friendly and capable of working well both independently and with others in a group setting.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for reviewing purchase orders and invoices. Matching credits and debits, tracking inventory, reviewing warranty information and performing reconciliations. You must have basic accounting experience and experience reading invoices and POs. Individuals with accounts receivable background may qualify for this position. The company may also consider entry level applicants if they have a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance.
