This position combines accounting support with operational assistance, managing both financial tasks and e-commerce platform updates. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The Impact you’ll makeAccounting & Operations\nProcess basic invoicing\nHandle expense filing\nManage daily operations tasks\nPlace and track orders\nE-commerce Management\nUpdate stock in Amazon FBA store\nMaintain Shopify inventory\nResearch customer information\nAnalyze customer experiences\nAdministrative Support\nProcess and organize emails\nArrange meetings\nManage workload and schedules\nCoordinate through Slack and ClickUp\nPlatform Management\nWork with client's ERP system\nMaintain records across platforms\nCoordinate through various tools\nHandle Google Suite tasks\n
