Key Responsibilities:\n
\n\nMaintain accurate and organized financial records and files.\nAssist with month-end and year-end fixed assets closing activities.\nCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.\nProvide general support to the accounting team as needed.\n\n

Qualifications:\n
\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or coursework in Accounting\/Finance preferred.\n1+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or clerical roles.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).\nStrong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.\n\n
