Job Summary:

Title: Accounting Associate

Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)

The Role:

Roc Nation is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our Finance team and help manage general accounting and financial processes of our company.

Responsibilities:

Perform transactional accounting and enforcement of company wide Travel and Expenses (T&E) policy and program

Monthly account coding/reconciliation of both company wide purchasing cards and corporate cards

Prepare chargeback invoicing and record keeping on both an external and intercompany basis

Reconcile balance sheet accounts associated with expenses, as needed

Develop and prepare monthly management reporting to analyze T&E expense activity and trends

Ad hoc reporting for finance/accounting related projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

Minimum one (1) year of experience in Accounting or related business area

Proven track record of good communication skills

Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel)

Oracle accounting software knowledge preferred
