As an Accounting Associate I with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will under the supervision of the AP/AR Supervisor, perform assigned duties within accounts payable and receivable (transaction group). The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. They will have a basic to intermediate skillset in Excel: ability to use template and functions: sort, filter, formulas, etc. Additional Duties: + Scans and files all invoices, statements, correspondence relative to transaction group processing. + Reviews freight invoices and matches up to proper documentation for processing of payment. + Processes credit card transactions. + Maintains appropriate files to comply with departmental procedures and legal requirements. + Inputs vendor invoices manually and through the Generate Voucher in Purchasing Module. + Generates material returns in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. + Follows detailed accounting procedures. + Understands and works within the company ISO 9001 quality system. + Responsible for working with the Syteline computer system and maintaining good working knowledge. + Assists Finance Department personnel as needed. + Performs other related duties as assigned.
