Location: Hybrid, Tempe, AZ, United States (Training will take place in-office, while the role itself is remote)

Pay Rate: Up to $20/hour.

\n

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mon to Fri

About the Role

\n

You will use your excellent communication and computer skills to assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues.

\n

As an Accounting Associate III, you will be responsible for:

\n\n Performing or managing a range of accounting services in various functions which may include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cost accounting, tax accounting, and cash management accounting.\n Analyzing and preparing statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports.\n Maintaining accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.\n Providing accounting guidance related to proposed transactions to ensure conformity with local country Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standards, and company policies and procedures.\n Identifying and escalating documents that require attention for completion.\n\n

Requirements

\n

To be successful in this role you will:

\n\n Bilingual, fluent in both French and English\n Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education\n Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship\n Have excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite\n Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.\n Understand the of basic accounting principles\n Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting services\n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is up to $20/hr.
