Accounting Clerk

Our client, a growing company with a focus on efficient financial operations, is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team in Oxnard, CA. This part-time role supports accounts receivable and payable functions, data entry, and general accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform AR/AP duties and accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting systemProcess vendor bills and customer invoices in a timely mannerCommunicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment statusesSend billing reminders and respond to customer inquiriesSupport AR aging report preparation and analysisVerify employee expense reports for accuracy and policy complianceAssist with document filing and organization

Requirements:

Prior experience with accounts receivable/payableStrong data entry and organizational skillsBasic customer service skills and ability to handle billing inquiries professionallyAttention to detail and reliability in maintaining financial records

Pay & Schedule:

Pay rate: $20.50 – $24.00 per hourSchedule: Part-time, 24 hours per weekMonday – Friday, starting at 8:00 AM
