Accounting Clerk
Camping World is seeking an **Accounting Clerk** to join our growing team. The **Accounting Clerk** will help support the dealership with various accounting related tasks. **What You’ll Do:** + Posting vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and processing check runs + Working closely with the parts & service departments to resolve billing discrepancies + Processing cancellation refunds to customers and lienholders + Ensuring that all cancellations are accurately recorded in Excel workbooks + Communicating directly with finance departments and lienholders regarding cancellations + Reconciling monthly product statements for multiple locations **What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:** + Applicant must be diligent, resourceful, organized and extremely detail oriented + Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize a schedule + Excellent time management, critical thinking, and, follow-up skills + Strong Communication Skills and able to work as part of a team + Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook, accuracy with 10-key pad and typing skills needed + Basic understanding of accounting principles – debits, credits, etc. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands + May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices **Pay Range:** $20.79-$25.15 Hourly In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
