Are you organized, detail oriented, and ready to play a key role in the success of a dynamic property management company? Join Associa as an Accounting Clerk and contribute to the efficient operations of our Accounting Department. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential accounts receivable support to our accounting team.

Our Accounting Clerks are an essential part of our accounting team, making a significant impact through:

\n\nSort documents and post debits/credits to proper account.\nVerify amounts and codes on various forms for accuracy.\nBalance entries and make necessary corrections.\nMaintain and make necessary adjustments to records and/or logs such as journals, payroll/time reports, or property records.\nVerify and reconcile simple bank statements or department records.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nAnalytical skills to evaluate, prioritize, and categorize data in various forms and formats.\nPerform calculations and analysis used in basic accounting.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. \nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. \nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nInitiative-taking, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\n1 -3 years of directly related or closely related experience.\n
