A commercial electrical contractor is currently hiring an Accounting Clerk in Largo, 33773. This is a permanent position offering full time hours + benefits and regular pay increases. Starting pay is up to $25.00/hr

About the position: This is an intermediate position that will focus on supporting the office manager in a combination of accounting and administrative tasks. Duties will include the preparation and review of purchase orders (PO’s), and work orders as well as assisting in bids. This role will also support payroll duties; inputting hours, discrepancies, deductions, setting up new employees in the program. Additional duties will include answering the phones, data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks. Accounting applicants must be comfortable with performing administrative duties and working with others.

Minimum Requirements
4+ years of professional office experience
MS Office (Word & Excel)
Basic Accounting or Finance experience
