Responsibilities

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Position Summary: The Accounting Clerk will assist in all accounting and clerical tasks at the plant

Inventory ReconciliationProduction ReportingSales ReportingExpense ReportingAccounts PayableInvoicingJournal EntriesAssist with Month End closeOther duties as assigned

The schedule for the Accounting Clerk position is based on a 40 hour work week, with some overtime and weekend work a possibility based on production schedules.

 

This position is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Accounting Clerk position should possess the following:

Excellent office and math skillsStrong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power-Point)BPCS (AS400) and HMSAttention to DetailHighly organized with the ability to prioritize workloadAbility to MultitaskAbility to work under pressureTeam memberSelf-motivatedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
