Scope
Upon joining the StreamLabs team as an Accounting Clerk, you will be under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will coordinate account payable and receivable with local and parent company resources. You must be extremely organized and able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of outbound logistics is also required. We prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience as a Billing Clerk or similar position.
Responsibilities
Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, QuickBooks, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the language used in the workplace including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.Qualifications
2-4 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable or experience in a general accounting position Strong organization and communication skills Ability to work under limited supervision and is able to problem solve Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel QuickBooks experience Have analytical abilities, team working capabilities and be results oriented Ability to work in a high-volume department
