Description Responsibilities: + Perform routine financial tasks, including bank reconciliations. + Manage accounts payable by processing bills, issuing payments, and handling wires using QuickBooks. + Oversee accounts receivable, including payment processing, customer balance updates, and invoicing in QuickBooks. + Conduct general office duties such as filing and organizing documents. + Assist with data entry and tracking in spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) for export logistics. + Monitor and track ocean logistics, process shipping documents, and provide shipment updates. + Update and manage logistics documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and proforma invoices. + Prepare and negotiate Letter of Credit documents with banks. + Support management with various daily office tasks. + Provide customer service in English and Chinese Mandarin Requirements + Proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Chinese/Mandarin + Experience with QuickBooks + Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
