Are you organized, detail oriented, and ready to play a key role in the success of a dynamic property management company? Join Associa as an Accounting Clerk and contribute to the efficient operations of our growing portfolio. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative support to our property management team.

\nPart Time Monday – Friday (20 hours per week)
\nThe Accounting Clerk must have a basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience with accounting software.
\nDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\nProcess accounts payables\nPreparation of monthly statements\nBank Reconciliation\nRespond to email and walk/drop ins\nAdditional duties as needed\n\n Requirements\nKnowledge of full-cycle accounting and a minimum of 2 years experience with processing financial statements for multiple\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).\nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n
