Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Emeryville, California. This role will be central to the financial operations of our organization, working across account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry. Responsibilities • Oversee the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoice processing and resolution of customer inquiries • Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring all bills are paid in a timely manner • Handle account reconciliation tasks, matching invoices with purchase orders and statements • Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions • Utilize financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to maintain accurate financial records • Assist with billing operations, ensuring all charges are correctly applied and documented • Employ Microsoft Excel to create financial reports and perform data analysis • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial operations • Ensure all financial data is up to date and accurate for auditing purposes • Provide support to other financial operations as necessary Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate. • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), managing and fulfilling all company liabilities. • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR), overseeing all incoming payments to the company. • Familiarity with Billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing of services or products. • Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and updated. • Experience in Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, using it for data analysis and financial reporting. • Experience with Oracle financial software, utilizing it for various financial operations. • Proficiency in QuickBooks, managing all financial transactions within the software. • Familiarity with SAP financial software, using it for various financial operations.
