Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk, located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including account reconciliation, accounts payable tasks, and data entry. You will also be required to use Microsoft Excel for invoice processing and billing. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable tasks, including organizing and tracking receipts • Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial records • Conduct data entry tasks to maintain and update customer records • Utilize Microsoft Excel for invoice processing and billing tasks • Assist in organizing and disposing of pack files on a weekly basis Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, demonstrating the ability to ensure financial records are accurate. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), showcasing the capacity to manage outgoing payments in a timely manner. • Proficient in Billing, indicating the capability to issue and manage invoices effectively. • Must possess strong Data Entry skills, indicating the ability to input financial data accurately and efficiently. • Prior experience in Invoice Processing, suggesting the aptitude to handle, sort, and record invoices correctly. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the capability to handle large data sets, perform complex calculations, and create detailed financial reports. **All candidates must undergo drug and background screening for consideration Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
