As an Accounting Clerk your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Manage incoming payments and post them accordingly
• Ensure accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
• Generate necessary reports
• Retrieve expense receipts as requested by the Billing Department
• Post credit card entries and review receipts for accuracy
• Reconcile accounts and report any discrepancies to management
• Assist in the review and analysis of general ledger activity
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable areas
• Assist with various clerical and administrative duties such as mailing and copying.
• Handle the process of reviewing and producing invoices, and processing checks.

Requirements
The ideal Accounting Clerk candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in an accounting clerk role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing processes
• High accuracy in Data Entry tasks
• Expertise in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software
• Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with SAP software
