Job Summary: Performs various accounting clerical duties in connection with Accounts Receivables and the compilation of the monthly Comparative Sales Analysis Report.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews for accuracy the daily cash reports DCR received from each supported Exchange. Checks recapitulation sheet of daily receivables military expenditures due exchanges and credits and insures that backup documentation is in agreement. Resolves discrepancies through discussion with Exchanges involved. Accounts receivables include for example lodge gasoline usage health and comfort charge sales and deferred payments. At end of month completes journal vouchers to include separate charge sales not covered by the DCR and makes necessary adjustments.Inputs data contained in documents by use of computer terminal. Reviews print out received the following day to insure accuracy of data. In the event of discrepancies performs research of records to resolve same.Compiles a monthly Comparative Sales Analysis Report for services retail and inventory. Uses date contained in the previous year s operating statement budget and current month figures for each department which are obtained from individual flash reports. Based on selected data computes percentage of sales from actual to projected and actual against previous year. Forwards report to designated points of distribution for information and further analysis. Utilizes basic arithmetical computations.Performs other related duties as assigned
