**Austin Commercial** has an outstanding opportunity for an **Accounting Clerk** at our corporate headquarters in **Dallas, Texas.** They will help support the team in a variety of accounting administrative duties such as data entry, light reporting, and preparation of various documents.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist the Commercial Accounting team with monthly journal entries
+ Maintain Account Receivable for Commercial and other JV companies
+ Assist with Commercial Licensing
+ Assist with Departmentals, Job Cost and Financial Reporting
+ Assist in the Insurance accounting and reporting
+ Assist with payroll reconciliation
+ Assist with special ad hoc projects
**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of work experience
+ Knowledge of accounting software programs
+ Must be highly organized with attention to detail
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Dependable and capable of working efficiently and independently in a professional setting
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Have strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple priorities under stress
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma/GED or higher
+ Moderate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
