Located near The San Jose airport, McEnery Convention Center, several tech giants, Levi's Stadium and wineries are all minutes away\. **Schedule:** This role will be primarily Monday\-Friday with flexibility to work weekends and holidays depending on Month\-End date required **Wage:** $25\-$26 an hour **What will I be doing?** The Accounting Clerk will participate in the development and processes of accurate reports and account management\. Duties include the following: + Prepare, record, and process accounts payable and cash disbursement, and accounts receivable and cash receipts\. + Assist in the posting of accounts for: accounts receivable, cash receipts, accounts payable, cash disbursements and payroll\. + Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner\. + Respond to guest inquiries, charge inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to support continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability + Participate in the production of monthly accounts as directed + Complete month\-end responsibilities + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required + Researches and responds to information requests from internal departments and management **What are we looking for?** Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry\.
