Accounting Clerk (Temporary)
**Description:** You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Accounting Clerk is responsible to support the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department **Qualifications:** Certificate or qualification in Finance and/or Accounting / ยท 2-4 years work experience as Accounts Clerk in a hotel or similar large organisation or accounting firm desirable. + Process invoices, verify their accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors. + Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. + Generate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. + Monitor actual performance against the budget and report variances. + Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. + Previous Hotel Accounting experience. + Must Speak Spanish **Primary Location:** MX-ROO-Playa del Carmen **Organization:** Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Accounting **Req ID:** PLA000697 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
