Job Duties

Reconciles general ledger accounts.Processes financial transactions.Requests and assigns payments to the appropriate account.Acquires all necessary documentation for account processing.Prepares general ledger entries for all accounts.Maintains audit-required documentation
 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Basic knowledge of mathematic functionsWorking knowledge of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office programsGood organizational and time management skillsConfidence to handle critical information and data effectively.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results and special attention to detail.Firm written and oral communications skills.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors.
