**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **Job Duties** + Reconciles general ledger accounts. + Processes financial transactions. + Requests and assigns payments to the appropriate account. + Acquires all necessary documentation for account processing. + Prepares general ledger entries for all accounts. + Maintains audit-required documentation **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Basic knowledge of mathematic functions + Working knowledge of accounting principles + Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs + Good organizational and time management skills + Confidence to handle critical information and data effectively. + Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results and special attention to detail. + Firm written and oral communications skills. + Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors. **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** Thermo Fisher Scientific values the health and well-being of our employees.
