Enterprise Mobility has an opening for an Accounting Coordinator. We are a multibillion-dollar industry leader, operating Alamo Rent A Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and National Car Rental. 

 

As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis.

 

Location: 3505 E Frontage Rd. Suite 200 Tampa, FL 33607

 

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours per week)

• Periodically supporting the License and Title Team, Car Sales Admin, and Vehicle Plate Renewal teams
• Assist with Accounts Payable transactions as assigned
• Validate payment requests for complete information
• Assist in special projects as requested
• General filing and processing and Preparing and Analyzing Internal Audit Reports
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Maintain flexibility with work schedule and work overtime as needed

Qualifications Previous Accounting, Billing, A/R, A/P, or other accounting/finance/billing experience is preferredHigh school diploma or GED required1 year customer service experience preferred2 years administrative support experience preferredMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
