Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is looking for an Accounting Customer Service Associate on a temp to perm basis. Duties include: * The Accounting Customer Service Associate will be handling high volume inquiries via phone and email regarding customer accounts, collections, billing etc. * Document everything correctly in the system with customers inquiries so if needed to be escalated it is in system for correct person to help * Provide exceptional customer service to help the customers with their inquiry
