Tractor Supply Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Finance Summer Intern to join our finance team for a 11-week paid internship in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate finance and contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Data Management: Work with financial data to maintain accurate records and assist in data analysis. Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Investment Analysis: Support investment evaluation and capital allocation decisions. Risk Management: Assist in identifying and assessing financial risks and recommend strategies for mitigation. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Audit Support: Collaborate with the finance team to provide support during audits and financial reviews. Corporate Accounting: Assist in monthly preparation and analysis of financial statements What We Look For Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Enthusiasm for corporate finance and financial analysis. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
