Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other accounting functions Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies Provide financial reporting and analysis to senior management Supervise and coordinate the work of accounting and finance staff Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 10 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in financial software and data analysis tools Excellent communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification preferred
