Description We are searching for an Accounting Generalist / Clerk to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role is pivotal in maintaining our financial records and ensuring efficient processing of transactions. This position is a contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately process invoices and purchase orders • Conduct account reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks • Manage data entry tasks for financial transactions • Oversee payroll functions and ensure timely payment • Handle customer billing inquiries and issues • Maintain accurate financial records • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and tracked effectively.
