**Job Overview**
**Job Title:** Accounting HR Coordinator
**Location:** Dubuque
**Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
**Pay:** $24 - $27/hr., depending on experience
A local contracting company is seeking a direct hire Accounting HR Coordinator to join their team! This position offers paid time off (PTO) and benefits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage accounts payable and receivable
+ Oversee payroll processing
+ Assist with office management tasks
+ Perform general HR duties
+ Process timesheets for DOT projects
+ Answer phone calls and provide support
**Qualifications:**
+ Some accounting or HR experience is required
+ Familiarity with Great Plains accounting software is preferred
+ Comfortable working in a construction environment
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel
