What You Will Be Doing:Monthly close process, account reconciliations, account analysis, and preparation of journal entries within functional areas:Cash – prepare bank reconciliations and associated journal entriesPrepaid expenses – analyze prepaid additions and prepare associated journal entriesFixed assets – analyze fixed asset additions and prepare associated journal entriesPayroll – record domestic and international journal entriesEnsure documentation of and compliance with proper internal controls and SOX complianceProvide support for international statutory audits and VAT filingsPreparation of ad-hoc reportsPreparation and completion of other projects and tasks that may be required from time-to-time

Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:

Candidates should be currently seeking a bachelor degree in Accounting from an accredited university/collegeProficient in Microsoft ExcelHighly motivated and detail-oriented individual who works well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentStrong organizational skills to manage multiple and changing prioritiesGood analytical skillsDeadline oriented and the ability to complete tasks independentlyAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the organization
