Maverik's Summer Intern Program is designed to provide a structured learning experience, equipping interns with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career. The internship will run from June 2025-August 2025, with a commitment of up to 30 hours per week. This opportunity is exclusively available to full-time students currently enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university.

As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting team through system integration, financial analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of key processes.

Summary of Internship Project:

Contributing to system integration testing, inventory transfers for rebranded stores, and the preparation of quarterly financial statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Throughout this internship, you will achieve the following: Develop a deeper understanding of the importance of accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes. Gain hands-on experience with system integration testing to ensure accuracy and completeness of imported data. Learn how to organize and analyze financial data for quarterly financial statements. Supporting the team by:

Completing inventory transfers for rebranded stores, including final orders in the K&G instance of PDI. Assisting with the preparation of quarterly financial statements by reviewing and analyzing financial data. Ensuring compliance with debt covenants by reviewing and summarizing key contractual requirements. The successful candidate should possess: Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications: A full-time college student that has completed their sophomore year by the beginning of the internship. Currently enrolled at an accredited university seeking a degree related to the position. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Willingness to learn and contribute to accounting processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
