Responsibilities Reviewing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments  Assisting with reconciliations of accounts payable transactions  Learning to review and verify invoice accuracy, coding and approvals  Gaining exposure to financial reporting and month-end closing activities  Managing and organizing email correspondence to ensure timely response  Enhancing communication and collaboration skills by working with internal departments and external vendors  Understanding compliance, financial controls and best practices in accounts payable  Qualifications Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)  Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams  Email management skills to organize and track AP-related correspondences efficiency  Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment  Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance, sophomore preferred.  Keys to Success

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. The compensation rate is $19.00/hour.
