ICAT is seeking an Accounting Intern who will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and regulatory compliance of the company’s financial systems, processes, and reporting. The ideal candidate will provide experienced, independent operational support for daily, weekly and monthly tasks and reporting. 

We will count on you to:

Daily activities will include processing checks and/or Journal entries corresponding to the checksBanking transactions daily transferring funds to multiple accounts, ACH and Wire creation.Supports the production users in their daily work to aid as an additional resource.Observes and is involved in team projects as assigned to provide input to the project structure.Enters issues and tasks to be completed by team and follows up with responsible individuals; escalates issues when appropriate.Bank Reconciliation for multiple accounts weekly and month endAbility to complete all working a timely manner- ICAT has a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

What you need to have

Current Juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 - May/June 2026Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start dateMajor’s: Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics or related disciplineApplicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid Schedule: at least 3 days in office per week)The applicable hourly rate for this role is $25/hr.
