**Job Description:**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Maintains scanning and filing of financial documents for record retention project.
+ Gain exposure to accounting and financial processes throughout documentation work
+ Works with accounts receivables and payables
+ Assist with customer account maintenance and month-end processes
+ Works with accruals and other journals
+ Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:**
+ Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field of study
+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)

+ Planning and Organizing: establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

BBA/Bcom $15.30 $16.80 $17.60 $18.50
BEng/BSc Eng $18.30 $19.60 $21.00 $22.30
BSc $15.90 $17.40 $18.50 $19.60
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, market level, other job-related factors, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. As applicable this role will also receive overtime compensation and may be eligible for shift premium compensation
