Accounting Manager, Clinic - Remote

**(Full Time, Remote)**
An Accounting Manager, Clinical Accounting is responsible for managing the effectiveness, efficiency, and engagement of the accounting team responsible for Clinical Accounting. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a clinical department.

**Requirements:**
+ Five (5) or more years of experience in Accounting/Finance
+ Three (3) or more years of people management experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited university
+ Strong understanding of general accounting knowledge and principles
+ Strong computer skills
**Preferred:**
+ Hospital / Healthcare System, multi-site accounting experience
+ Google Suite
+ Oracle
+ CPA
+ Six Sigma Certified
**About the Opportunity:**
+ **Financial Planning:** Developing and managing budgets for clinical departments, identifying revenue and tracking expenses trends, and forecasting future financial performance.
+ **Compliance:** Ensuring that clinical departments are following all relevant financial and regulatory guidelines, including HIPPA, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations.
+ **Financial Analysis:** Conducting financial analysis to identify areas of improvement, cost reduction opportunities, and revenue growth potential.
+ **Reporting:** Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders, including financial statements, operations reports, and budget variances.
+ **Team Management:** Overseeing a team of financial professionals, including accountants, billing specialists and financial analysts, and providing leadership and guidance to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
