The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing key accounting processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role includes analyzing financial information, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. The Accounting Manager plays a vital role in driving efficiency and process improvement within the accounting function, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting leadership in financial decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience required, including general ledger and financial reporting responsibilities required Experience in a corporate or healthcare setting preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial data. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Licenses and Certifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
