Responsibilities: * Drive timely financial close activities by preparing core accounting entries and ensuring accurate ledger maintenance * Compile and analyze financial data for management reports, internal reviews, and executive summaries * Coordinate with external partners to support financial reviews and ensure all required materials and documentation are provided * Uphold financial governance through the continuous refinement of internal protocols, controls, and documentation standards * Partner with leadership on annual planning cycles and periodic financial updates, providing analytical support as needed * Lead efforts to streamline financial processes and introduce tools or techniques to improve operational efficiency * Act as a bridge between departments to align on financial data, business processes, and reporting expectations * Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute financial insights to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth
