Key Responsibilities: * Accounting Manager will oversee the full-cycle general ledger accounting process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities * Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP * Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support in a manual processing environment * Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., AP, AR, FP&A) to ensure accurate financial data and reporting * As an Accounting Manager, you will lead efforts to streamline manual processes and identify opportunities for automation or system enhancements * Prepare audit schedules and support external audits * Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior leadership
