ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions.Collaborate with leadership to guide operational and profitability improvements.Manage monthly/annual financial close processes, budgets, forecasts, and more.Build and modernize accounting systems, policies, and methods.Drive cost-saving initiatives and analyze financial performance metrics.Work with external partners to ensure compliance and streamline operations.Lead a team as the organization grows, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).At least 6-8 years of accounting experience, including experience in public accounting and in manufacturing.Exceptional skills in financial analysis, cost accounting, and U.S. GAAP compliance.A self-starter mindset, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsBonus points for experience with e-commerce or private-equity-backed companies/start-up environments.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
