An established law firm is hiring an Accounting Manager in Emeryville, 94608. This is a permanent position offering benefits. Pay is up to $100,000.00 with regular pay increases.

About the position: Duties will include overseeing all accounting operations from supervising your team of 5 consisting of a CPA, Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant and accounting clerks. Oversee day to day accounting; AP, AR, vendor contracts/billing, reconciliations, end of month statements, balances and assisting with budgeting. Advanced/expert Excel skills required.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years accounting experience in a leadership role
Experience directly supervising an accounting team
BA in accounting or finance is strongly preferred
Expert/advanced MS Excel knowledge
Quickbooks is strongly preferred
