Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. This role involves overseeing various accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Responsibilities • Oversee and manage accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). • Maintain and manage financial services and software systems such as ADP, BlackLine, and Concur. • Conduct regular account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. • Oversee and manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Utilize ERP systems for efficient resource planning and management. • Implement and manage accounting software systems for optimal financial data processing. • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Utilize SAP B1 - Business One for business planning and customer relationship management. • Resolve customer inquiries related to financial data and transactions. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable • Familiarity with BlackLine and Concur is an advantage • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must • Ability to manage all accounting functions • Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proven track record of conducting audits • Experience in managing billing functions • Knowledge of SAP B1 - Business One is a plus • Proficiency in account reconciliation • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • CPA certification is preferred • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
