Key Accountabilities
Process payments for all obligations of the property according to department procedures: obtain authorizations, maintain documentation/check receipts, enter payments into correct general ledger accounts, and reconcile vendor statements Perform month-end accounting process according to established procedures and deadlines including aging report, reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger updates payables, unprocessed payables accrual, and assistance to the Director of Finance with cost other analysis projects as directed Verify the daily bank deposits to the cash / checks received. Maintain accounting filing system, including vendor documentation, payments, invoices, purchase orders, and capital spending
General Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or 3 years of similar work experience required Experience in customer service required Payroll processing experience a plus Experience in Accounting within the hospitality industry preferred
Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
