-Payroll pre-processing assistance and 401k Audits to the HR Director
-Monthly financials with all related supporting schedules and account reconciliations
-Month end journal entries
-Ad hoc reports for management and operations
-Audits from government agencies including Annual Financial Review
-Bank reconciliations
-Monthly revenue recognition
-Project Support to Project Managers
-Project Setup in QuickBooks
-New Employee Accounts Setup in QuickBooks
-Monthly Financials Review and process month end close
-Annual workman's comp audit and the audit of business insurances.
-Review of other companies books in QuickBooks
-Contract knowledge, IDIQ, T&M, FFP, CPFF and assist contracts with requests
-Review monthly numbers with the CEO for all companies
-Contract Close Outs
-Run PSRs for Business Development/ PMs
-Quarterly/ Annual Reporting contracts
-Journal Entries for corrections and month end close
-Other duties as assigned
